1. From April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) filed against Plaintiff A for KRW 189,865,205; and (b) filed against Plaintiff B for each of the said amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status 1 of the parties concerned) The Defendant is the “Ewon” located in Gumi-si, Gumi-si (hereinafter “instant hospital”).
2) On April 24, 2017, the deceased on May 13, 2017 (hereinafter “the instant death accident”) is the deceased’s spouse, and the Plaintiff B is the deceased’s children. The deceased is the deceased’s child. The deceased’s child is the deceased’s child. The deceased’s child is the deceased’s child. (119 Report was received on April 24, 2019. The Defendant stated at an investigative agency that “at least three minutes have passed since the commencement of the internal border inspection, and I reported thereafter. The same shall apply until the commencement of the inspection and the occurrence of the situation.”
At around 10:50 on April 24, 2017, 119 first responded to the 3th 119 first responder's arrival at the instant hospital, and as a result of performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the deceased's heart boom was temporarily restored.
After the arrival of the 119 first responder, the doctor J attempted to insert the official in the institution, but failed.
