Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the defendant was the Director of the Medical Care Center in the Dong-gu, Gwangju, and the 6th local council member election of Dong-si local council members in the dong-gu, Gwangju, and the e-election of Dong-si local council members.

No one shall distribute, post, spread, play, or display any advertisement, letter of personnel affairs, poster, photograph, document, picture, picture, printed matter, recording or video tape and others similar thereto, which indicate the name of a candidate, in order to have an influence on the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day, without resorting to the provisions of the Public Official Election Act.

In order to inform the electors in the Dong-gu area of Gwangju Metropolitan City, which is expected to go to the dong Council member, the defendant had been willing to distribute his name and the list of the Do medical center, along with the employee F working in the above Do medical center and the public interest personnel G.

Accordingly, around December 27, 2013, the Defendant distributed 300 bags containing the name of the Defendant along with F and the promotional fluor of the D Care Center against the commercial owners operating in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangju, about December 27, 2013.

In addition, from December 27, 2013 to February 2, 2014, the Defendant distributed 1,200 bags containing the name of the Defendant, F, and G, and 1,200 bags to the shop owners, etc. in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, I, and F, G, and the promotion of D Medical Care Center.

Accordingly, the defendant distributed name, i.e., printed matters on which the name of the defendant was written in order to influence the election.
