1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On November 26, 199, the Plaintiff was discharged from military service upon wishes on July 1, 2002, and November 1, 2013.
B. After the rent, the Plaintiff served as the chief, senior vice chief, etc., and from August 10, 2010, the Plaintiff served as a student leader, assistant director, religious officer, etc. of the mechanicalized school. On February 14, 2014, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as a noise-generating engine and Lee Jae-soo, and was diagnosed as a noise-causing engine on February 29, 2014.
C. In February 2012, the Plaintiff filed an application for registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State with respect to the state and the name of the State by asserting that the noise of the former engine was close to gases in order to inspect the noise of the former engine due to the change in the ordinary level, and that the noise near the former engine was generated by the students, and that the latter and the latter became safe. On November 25, 2015, the Defendant rendered a decision on November 25, 2015 that the Defendant did not constitute the requirements of persons who rendered distinguished services to the State under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State (hereinafter “Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Services to the State”) or the requirements of persons eligible for veteran’s compensation (hereinafter “Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Services to the State”) under the Act on the Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State.
On December 17, 2015, the Plaintiff received the physical examination. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant deliberated and resolved by the Board of Patriots and Veterans on the basis of the results of the physical examination and materials submitted to the Plaintiff on March 2, 2016, notified the Plaintiff that the physical level of the body falls short of the standards for classification and is determined as non-persons subject to application of military and police officers under the Patriots and Veterans Compensation Act (hereinafter
