【The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence for ten months in the Seoul Northern District Court on April 2, 2009 due to night buildings, intrusion upon buildings, larceny, etc.; on May 27, 2010, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on May 27, 2010, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on June 4, 2010, and the said suspended sentence was invalidated; on May 30, 201, the Defendant was released from prison on May 30, 201 and the parole period expired on June 23, 201.

2. At around 03:00 on May 4, 2013, the Defendant stolen an option Handphone in the market value, which is the victim’s ownership, using a crepan in G Ba or the fourth floor room located in G Mapo City F. 03:0.

3. The Defendant is a public interest service personnel belonging to the Busan Urban Transportation Corporation J Office located in Busan Urban Transportation Daegu I.

No public duty personnel shall leave his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was absent from office for a total of 212 days from June 13, 2012 to October 1, 2013, and was absent from office for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
