Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on December 15, 2005, with prison labor for not less than two months in the Gwangju District Court’s Manpoon branch on December 7, 2005, which became final and conclusive on December 15, 2005, and sentenced to four months and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on June 16, 2006 during the grace period. On September 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. from the Gwangju District Court’s Manpo branch on September 16, 201, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on July 15, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 02:00 on July 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered the amount of D D D D DD motor vehicles owned by the victim C, which was parked at the 2-4 coastal river in front of the coastal river basin; and (b) laid down a string door of the above vehicle in a string glass window in order to steal things kept in the vehicle; and (c) took a theft with a 3.5 million won of cash owned by the victim and a 3.5 million won of the cash stored in the vehicle by opening a string door and removing locking the locking device on several occasions.
