On June 14, 2015, at around 02:15, the Defendant driven C Lasta car around 10km from the nearest road of Namyang-si, Namyang-si to the neighboring road of California, 745, the area of the Suyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the area of which is about 0.1% of alcohol content.
