If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On 28, 2013, around 21:58, the Defendant started from Hoyang-si, Namyang-si on 21:58, and driven a B-to-pub vehicle with approximately 10km section from the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.101% (Yyoung Day) in the state of under the influence of alcohol in front of Saturdays 238-5, Kuri-si, Kuri-si.
