1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B: 1 real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. Defendant C shall provide 2 real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association established to implement the Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project (hereinafter “instant Improvement Project”) under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) with respect to the total area of 66,094 square meters in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G party.

B. The Defendants own each real estate listed in the separate sheet located within the instant rearrangement project zone. Defendants B owned the above list 1, Defendant C’s above list 2, Defendant D’s above list 3 real estate, Defendant E’s above list 4 real estate, and Defendant F’s owner of the above list 5 real estate.

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant real estates” in combination with the foregoing real estates.

After obtaining authorization to establish an association on June 12, 2009, authorization to implement the project on May 26, 201, and authorization to revise the project on November 28, 2013 from the head of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Plaintiff received the authorization to implement the project in this case on November 27, 2014, and the authorization to implement the project in this case was publicly notified on the same day.

2. Determination:

(a) Article 49 of the Act on the Determination of Grounds for Claims (2) The head of a Si/Gun shall determine whether to grant authorization and notify the project implementer thereof within 30 days from the date of applying for authorization of the management and disposal plan by the project implementer;

Provided, That where the head of a Si/Gun requests a public institution prescribed by Presidential Decree to verify the feasibility of a management and disposal plan applied for authorization, he/she shall determine whether to grant authorization within 60 days from the date of receipt of an application for

(3) Where the head of a Si/Gun approves a management and disposal plan under paragraph (2), he/she shall publicly announce the details thereof in the public bulletin.
