Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 23:10 on October 21, 2012, at the house of the victim D(the age of 32) located in Syang-si C, the Defendant threatened the victim with a knife (the total length: 37cc, the knife length: 24cc) by using a lethal weapon, which is a deadly weapon (the knife length: 37cc., the knife length: 24cc.). As such, the Defendant threatened the victim of any harm to the body of the victim.
