Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall openly install, attach or distribute media products harmful to juveniles in a place through which the general public pass.

Nevertheless, around November 20, 2013, at least 21:35, the Defendant distributed five five kinds of name cards of the size of the name cards, which are media products harmful to juveniles, including “20 first half of the early 199, 300, and E,” along with the female pictures of clothes in front of the D street in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
