Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2018, at around 00:07, the Defendant driven a vehicle B with approximately 20 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.07% from the second floor of the same public parking lot located in the Dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City to the front road of the said parking lot.
