Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Changwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Ulsan District Court to a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime on September 28, 201.

On September 11, 2017, at around 23:10 on September 23, 2017, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.172% in blood at approximately five meters at the entrance of the same public parking lot located in the Dong-dong, Busan.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who had driven a motor vehicle twice or more, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again as above.
