Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:00 on August 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim E (the husband F of the victim E (the 56-year-old 56-year-old her husband) and his husband G as a matter of credit rating in front of the Defendant’s operation, and (b) suffered injury to the victim E, such as the complete escape of the left-hand left-hand side of the victim’s face and left-hand part, by taking about about four weeks of medical treatment.
