Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a radar car on duty.

On July 13, 2014, at around 09:05, the Defendant driven the said car at a distance of about 2 kilometers from the front side of the Dobongwon High School located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the Hanwon High School located in Dobong-dong, Dobong-gu to the 113-dong Underground Parking Lots located in Dobong-gu, Seoul.
