Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over an automobile violating the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the competent authority, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, in March 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle even until it was controlled on June 22, 2014 without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received the ecoos car registered for the goods of the ecoos car sales store from the deceased in front of the Han new apartment located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.

2. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, from March 2, 2014 to June 15:10, 2014, the Defendant operated the said B Ecoos car without mandatory insurance until it is controlled on the front of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dobong-dong 320 Dobong-dong 320 Dobong-dong.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
