A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim C(n, 40 years old) are married married couple around June 2006, and the victim D(65 years old), victim E(n, 68 years old) is the parent of the victim C, who is the mother and the mother of the defendant.
