A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

In each of the following, one unit (No. 2), one unit (Evidence No. 4), and one unit (Evidence No. 4) after the search and seizure.

Criminal facts

On May 10, 202, the defendant and the person who requested an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were sentenced to imprisonment for two years and six months with prison labor for special robbery, violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Dong Branch of the Seoul District Court on May 10, 2002; on November 29, 2005, the Busan District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for crimes of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Busan District Court; on April 17, 2009, four years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery committed by the Seoul East District Court; and on October 17, 2014, the Yongsan District Court sentenced the person to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) and completed the execution of the sentence from the Jeju District Court on May 12, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) came to front of the house located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 21:00, the Defendant opened a 2nd floor of the victim D’s toilet decretion, and intrudes into the twond floor of the said house by an unlawful means. When galloning a total of 80,000 won of the market value of the victim’s ownership, the Defendant carried one gallon and one gallon and one gallon, and one gallon with a market value of 50,000 won of the market value.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually destroyed and intruded a part of the residence of a person at night and stolen another's property.

2. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by force on special robbery) went in front of the housing located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu. Around May 22, 2017, the Defendant invaded the gas pipeline connected to the residence of the victim F (V, 22 years old) of the said housing on his/her hand with a half- printing wall and a half-rating wall (proof No. 2).

The defendant was taking the face of the victim who was in a ward and was faced with the victim's face.
