A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On October 13, 2005, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and three years and six months for the same crime in the same court at the Changwon District Court on July 11, 2008.
In addition, on June 22, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Eastern District Court, on March 25, 2015, and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury in the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and on September 15, 2016, the execution of the above punishment was completed at the original state prison on September 15, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On March 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes against the Victim D (Larceny) committed a theft with the victim D’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the object of KRW 2,00,00,00 in total market price, including one gate, one male 18 K K-si, 10 K-si, 10 K-si, and 2 women’s broke-ro.
2. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes against the Victim F (thief) around 13:00 on March 13, 2017, the Defendant opened a window that was not corrected between the victim F in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and attempted to steal the goods, but did not perform such intent on the part of the victim’s failure to find the stolen goods.
3. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes against the Victim H (thief) posted the victim’s attention to around 16:00 on March 5, 2017 by stating that “I would like to know about the price of gold to the victim H,” and “I would like to know about the price of gold to the victim,” and distributed the victim’s attention by repeatedly viewing the weight of several precious metals in the display stand, and then, distributed the victim’s attention to KRW 4,615,00, the market price owned by the victim in the display stand.
