Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing crypoids;

A. On February 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on February 4, 2018, purchased approximately KRW 200,000 to D on the street in front of the C cafeteria located in the Busan East-gu, Busan; and (b) purchased approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., a one-time penphone; hereinafter referred to as “opon phone”).

B. On March 2, 2018, around the new wall on March 2, 2018, the Defendant purchased 150,000 won and 0.3 gramphonephones around the U.S., located in the hot spring dong-dong, Busan, with approximately 0.3 grams.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 30, 2018, the Defendant administered a medication on January 30, 2018, by inserting approximately 0.2g of oponon in a single-use clutering machine from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Eastern EelF, dilution with water, and by forcing G to injection with the Defendant’s lubow beer.

B. On February 4, 2018, the Defendant administered on February 4, 2018, at around 02:30 on February 4, 2018, No. 1-A at the guest room in the Hemo Lake-gu Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

As in the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased have been administered in the above manner.

C. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant administered on March 2, 2018: (a) around 01:30 on March 2, 2018, at the mutual influence in the hot spring dong-gu Busan, Busan.

As in the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased have been administered in the above manner. D.

On March 19, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2 g of phiphones in the guest room in Busan-gu Busan-si, Busan-do, on March 19, 2018.

E. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2 grams in the guest room in Busan Dong-dong-gu, Busan, by the aforementioned method, around a half of March 26, 2018.
