A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant entered into a part-time employment contract with the ice Franchis Ltd., and worked from Samsung Digital Franchise B to November 23, 2012 to March 29, 2013, while in charge of mobile phone sales and customer management.
