The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the explanation of this case by a party member of the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the column of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case where “30,000,000 won, which is the money equivalent to 3% of the construction amount,” as stated in Section 4 of Section 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance, is “money equivalent to 3% of the construction amount,” and therefore, it is consistent with the text of Article 420

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance shall be dismissed as it is with this conclusion, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
