Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 26, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and on July 3, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Vocational Training Prison on July 27, 2007; KRW 300,000,000 as a fine for larceny from the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on October 17, 2007 to the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on October 17, 2007; KRW 1 million as a fine for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on November 6, 2007; and KRW 10,000 as a fine for larceny from the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on December 28, 2007 to the Incheon District Court’s punishment for larceny on June 7, 201 to the Seoul District Court’s punishment of imprisonment with prison labor from each of the Incheon District Court on January 6, 2011.

1. At around 17:00 on November 1, 2012, the Defendant, while living together with the victim F at D D Construction Site EF, a lodging house located at D Construction Site C, the Defendant: (a) took out the cash of KRW 170,00,000 in the victim’s balthn, and one cell phone of KRW 9,000,000 in the market value; (b) took out the key of the victim’s balthn in the victim’s balthn, and stolen the vehicle by driving one vehicle of KRW 10,00,000 in the market value owned by the victim, which was parked in the said balthn parking lot.

On December 6, 2012, the Defendant, at around 16:40, shown the same attitude as “M” in the “M” of the victim’s L operation located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and had the victim purchase a cellular phone, using the difference in which the victim neglected attention by placing the gallonian 2 cellular phone on the tables.
