The defendant is a person who drives a BMW car.

At around 23:40 on December 1, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining an international driver’s license as a foreigner of Russia’s nationality, driven the said vehicle under the influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.181% in front of the branch office located in the middle-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City.
