Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:40 on August 22, 2013, the Defendant damaged six signboards of the amounting to KRW 1.2 million at the market price by live method, on the grounds that the phrase “C” was erroneously indicated on the signboard managed by the victim B, who is the vice-head, in the new forest basin located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, 117-21.
