1. The judgment of the first instance court, including the Plaintiff’s claim changed at the trial court, shall be modified as follows.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On October 1, 1913, the land situation (1) total 1,430 square meters was assessed against E with a domicile in the Gyeonggi-gun Co., Ltd.
After that, the Republic of Korea AK became a ALri at South-si, Namyang-si through the abolition of the Gun area, consolidation of administrative districts, etc.
(2) In accordance with the administrative closure in 1914, the Fran-gun was incorporated into the Jriju-gun, both Gri-ri and Iri-ri, and was incorporated into the Namyang-si, 1980, without distinguishing the period before and after the above consolidation.
B. On February 12, 1958, the land size of the 1,430 square meters prior to the above sports Yangju-gun C was restored to the land size of the 1,430 square meters prior to the Namyang-si on February 12, 1958 (hereinafter the following real estate is all located in AL at the Namyang-si, and thus, the land size was changed to the 4,727 square meters.
(2) On April 30, 1979, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094, Dec. 31, 1977; Act No. 27098, Dec. 31, 197; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).
(3) The land divided into the above 4,727 square meters and the above 4,727 square meters prior to C was divided into several occasions. The previous 3,727 square meters prior to C were divided into 106 square meters, V, 91 square meters prior to C, 36 square meters prior to W, 150 square meters prior to X, 2,616 square meters prior to Z, 430 square meters prior to AB, 280 square meters prior to AB, 46 square meters, 148 square meters prior to AE road, 117 square meters prior to AE road, 22 square meters prior to AF road, 38 square meters, and 22 square meters prior to AJ road, and 41 square meters prior to AJ road.
(4) The Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation completed each registration of ownership transfer with regard to each parcel of land indicated in [Attachment 2] Nos. 2 through 8 of the same list as the land indicated in [Attachment 2] list No. 1].
