1. Defendant Republic of Korea shall be the Plaintiff:

(a) the District Court of the Speaker with respect to the land listed in Schedule 3, 4, and 6;

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The facts of recognition 1) On October 15, 1913, D, whose permanent domicile was entered in the Gyeonggi-gun Co., Ltd., including the situation of land, was found to have been the land of approximately 1,828, F Return No. 83, and the 105, respectively. Following the change in administrative district in 1914, the registration of preservation of ownership was entered into the Gyeonggi-gun Co., Ltd., and the registration of preservation of ownership was destroyed by the copy of the real estate register and the land cadastre, etc. on the 1,828 square meters (6,043 square meters) before the Gyeonggi-gun E, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed on June 30, 1953, and the land cadastre was restored on July 1, 1968, and the land cadastre was entered as the owner of the Defendant clan on December 30, 197.

On December 27, 1985, the area of 6,043 square meters before the Gyeonggi-gun E was divided into 5,726 square meters before E and 317 square meters before I.

On July 1, 1968, the copy of the register and the land cadastre of the real estate concerning the F 83 square meters (274 square meters, and the land indicated in paragraph (3) of the attached list) in Gyeonggi Yang-gun was destroyed, and the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of Defendant Republic of Korea was completed on March 22, 1996.

On July 1, 1968, the copy of the register and the land cadastre on the real estate of 105 square meters (347 square meters) before the Gyeonggi Yang-gun G was destroyed.

On December 27, 1985, the previous 347 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun G is divided into 191 square meters in G and 156 square meters in J (attached Form 5) before December 27, 1985, and the land category was changed from the same day to the road on the same day.

The registration of preservation of ownership in each Defendant’s name was completed on July 25, 1996, as the receipt No. 15714 on March 22, 1996 with respect to the area of 191 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun G, Yangju-gun, and as the receipt of No. 42474 on July 25, 1996.

3) On October 19, 2003, the name of the administrative district in Yangju-gun was changed to Hri-si, Yangju-si, Yangju-si. The name of the administrative district in Yangju-si was divided into two weeks. On May 9, 2006, the land indicated in paragraph (4) of the attached Table No. 113 square meters before G (attached Form No. 4) and the land indicated in paragraph (6) of the attached Table No. 78 square meters before K (attached Table No. 6), and the five days before Yangju-si.
