A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall forge, alter or unlawfully use a two-wheeled automobile number plate for a violation of the Automobile Management Act, or for unlawful use of air or for unlawful use of air;

Nevertheless, on August 21, 2013, the Defendant operated the e-mail 100 Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the Leewon-gun, North Korea-do.
