The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the unlawful use of air defense, and the violation of the Automobile Management Act committed a studio A4 Orala registered in the name of the Defendant with a view to driving by attaching the two-wheeled automobile number plate attached to the registered radar X-E owned by the Defendant.

On May 2020, the Defendant used air illegally for the purpose of uttering by attaching the two-wheeled automobile number plate of the BOba in front of the defendant's office located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu.

2. At around 09:52 on June 17, 2020, the Defendant exercised the air defense that was used unlawfully by running the above radar X-ray on the front road of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. The Defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of the above radar X-ray.

The Defendant operated the Rax EXE which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place of Paragraph 2.
