A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2016, from around 22:00 to 22:20, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (b) the restaurant operated by the victim D of the victim D in Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu; (c) while engaging in an influence with his name-free behavior or a dispute; (d) resulting in the influence of his or her name-free behavior; and (e) raising the influent disease on the bottom of the customer; and (e) flying a large voice.

On November 15, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties: (a) the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 22:25 on November 15, 2016; and (b) the Goyang Police Station E box called out after receiving a report 112; and (c) the Defendant would not go to other customers from F

At the time of the proposal, the F's sexual flag was flicked by hand while referring to the "packer bomb", and the F's sexual flag was used.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reports.
