A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From the beginning of May 2016 to May 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) posted an advertisement on the Internet site, such as the “C” and “D,” after renting 705, 804, and 1009 the Btel 705, 804, and 109; and (b) arranged commercial sex acts by allowing many unspecified male customers who have found it as the said officetel to engage in commercial sex acts and sexual intercourse with those in the atmosphere.
