A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “C” by leasing Nos. 314, 414, and 805 of Bupyeong-gu Incheon.

At around 17:00 on March 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had D, an employee of sexual traffic, engage in commercial sex acts of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for about 44 occasions from January 2014 to the above date, including having D, on a condition that 1.30,000 won should be received from a male in the name-free statement found in the above business establishment; and (b) received 50,000 won as a intermediary payment.
