A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime against the Korea Land and Housing Corporation against the victim: (a) destroyed and damaged the floor by removing two advertising bulletin boards equivalent to KRW 30,00,00, which are owned by the Korean Land and Housing Corporation and are installed on the elevator wall from the victim, in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things due to tide and injury; (b) around 10:0,00, in the elevator of Gwangju North-gu D apartment 10,06-dong, 10,000.

2. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E, F, and G: (a) around 13:43, when the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things due to the tide, the Defendant: (b) at the 106 D apartment parking lot of the above D apartment No. 106 on August 9, 2012, the Defendant: (c) caused the victim E, who was parked in the said parking lot, to cut the front glass of the vehicle, with the string of the vehicle and the victim F; and (d) destroyed the said string car with the string of the front glass, which was owned by the victim E; and (d) caused the 250,000 won of the repair cost; and (e) destroyed the said string car to KRW 300,000 of the repair cost; and (e) destroyed the 200,000 of the repair cost by shouldering the passage of the string of the J vehicle owned by the victim, who continued parked.
