Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 22, 2016, around 04:40, the Defendant: (a) removed the personal phonephone of the above heading room in which the victim D resides from his hand without any justifiable reason; (b) destroyed that the amount of KRW 10,000 for the fish repair cost would be equal to 10,000,000, in front of the Daegu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment building 108, 400 Da-dong 108, 40

2. The Defendant, at the same time as in the preceding paragraph, destroyed the 10,000 won of the repair cost by removing the monphones of the above 108-dong 108-dong 41 △△△△, where the victim E resides, from hand, without any reason, while under the influence of alcohol.

3. At the same time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant opened a small range of windows, which are installed in the above apartment C, 108 Dong 41 △△△△△, where the victim F resides in, without any reason, without any reason, and damaged the repair cost to the extent that the repair cost is 15,000 won.

4. At the same time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant destroyed a key stuff attached to the steering gear of the electric wheelchairs, which is owned by the victim G, from the front corridor of the fourth-story elevator of the above apartment C, 108, 100,000 won in repair cost, to the extent that it damages the 350,000 won.
