A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

In addition, the claimant for the observation order to be protected (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") proposed sexual traffic(s) against women by using Internet flocks and induced them to engage in sexual traffic(s) and to rape.

1.
