Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall receive unemployment benefits by fraud or other improper means.

The Defendant is a person who conducts self-denunciation manufacturing business with the trade name “C” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. The Defendant, who received unemployment benefits of D, was employed in the previous fishery of Sammi-U.S. and was employed as an employee, and subsequently conspired with D to enable D to receive unemployment benefits by filing a false report as if D had not been employed at the above workplace.

On September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) employed the aforementioned D as a worker; (b) reported the acquisition of the insured status of employment insurance with false employment insurance as if he/she employed E, who is the wife of D; and (c) submitted a false application for recognition of eligibility for benefits indicating “unemployment status” at the Government Employment Center located in 49 to a citizen of the Gu Government-si on October 2, 2014; and (d) received KRW 8,400,000 as a job-seeking benefit eight times from October 16, 2014 to May 14, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with D and received unemployment benefits by false means.

2. The accused who illegally received unemployment benefits of F is working for the above C;

F was recruited with F to allow F to receive unemployment benefits by having him/her continue to work in the same workplace and treat F as if he/she were retired.

Around August 7, 2015, the Defendant consented to the preparation of a false certificate of severance from employment of the insured who worked and served as the F until July 31, 2015, and F submitted an application for false recognition of eligibility for benefits at the employment center of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around August 13, 2015, and received KRW 2,279,000 as job-seeking benefits on three occasions from May 27, 2015 to October 23, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with F and received unemployment benefits by false means.
