A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 201, 201, the criminal defendant against the victim C expressed to the victim C at the D Public Notice Hostel, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, that “If a lawsuit is pending in a court in connection with the previous business and is resolved, 4.3 million won may be collected.” On the other hand, the criminal defendant borrowed money necessary for the lawsuit to repay the money.”

Ultimately, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received a remittance of KRW 400,00 from the victim as the borrowed money on May 4, 2011, and subsequently, acquired a total of KRW 25,212,00 from around that time to January 31, 2012, including a total of KRW 72 times as shown in the crime sight table (1).

2. From September 11 to October 201, 201, the Defendant of the forgery of private documents and the uttering of the above investigation documents notified that “the payment confirmation of death insurance money, the insurer: E, the insured: the insurance amount for death resulting from injury or disease: KRW KRW 00 million; and A, the insured, the insured, becomes final and conclusive on November 17, 201 by using a warranty protocol at the D Public Noticeel at Yangyang-si, Nam-si. The payment method is equivalent to the receipt of internal organs or the payment of deposits for verifying actual names. The insured is paid: A may receive differential payments from his/her spouse or his/her children after the process of examination by preparing an application for payment if it is impracticable to receive them due to extenuating circumstances. The date of payment: November 11, 2011; the date of payment: November 17, 2011; and after preparing the “the Korea Fire Insurance Policy and the Korea Fire Insurance”, and then setting the certification certificate in advance for total life insurance as well as the certification of new life.
