1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff on January 9, 2012

Upon receipt of each of the instant real estate from Defendant B, etc., the sales amount of KRW 1.12,400,000 (275,60,000 on September 3, 2012; KRW 275,600,00 on the first intermediate payment; KRW 110,240,00 on December 4, 2012; KRW 110,240,00 on the second intermediate payment; KRW 440,960,00 on March 4, 2013; KRW 440,960,00 on each of the instant real estate located within the instant real estate (hereinafter “the instant building”); Defendant B, in addition to imposition of the remainder that was occupied in the instant building; KRW 275,00,000,000 on the instant real estate; KRW 275,000 on the instant real estate; and, in addition, it was established under the name of the Plaintiff and the occupant of the instant real estate;

(2) The sales contract of this case is "the sales contract of this case" and the special agreement of this case is "the special agreement of this case"). The defendant company affixed a seal on the sales contract of this case as an agent trust company.

The sales contract of this case provides that the agent trust only performs the fund management business of managing the sales price and the seller bears the responsibility of the seller as the defendant B, etc.

The Plaintiff paid all the down payment and intermediate payment as stipulated in the instant sales contract, but from October 28, 2013, the said 4 and hospital were not located in the instant building from around October 28, 2013.

C. On the other hand, Defendant B, etc., around October 28, 2013, with respect to each of the instant real estate between the Defendant Company and the Defendant Company, the trustee company, and the first priority beneficiary, are not small and medium-sized companies.
