1. Details of the disposition;

A. On December 1, 2003, the Plaintiff is a school foundation operating A University, and the Intervenor joining the Intervenor (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) was appointed as a full-time lecturer at the D Arts major at the said C University (the name is changed to D major at the E University Art Department at the E University) and then served as an associate professor at the said university from March 1, 2010 through an assistant professor.
