The Defendant is a person who drives a vehicle for riding BM 5.

On October 20, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.126% during blood transfusion around 13:49 on October 20, 2020. The Defendant driven the said vehicle from 3rd to 20 meters away from the 233th permanent residence of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to 20 meters away from the 233rd permanent residence level.
