A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and on May 20, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence at the previous prison on May 20, 2016.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a small-scale vehicle C.

On March 3, 2017, when the Defendant drives the said vehicle without a driver's license on March 10, 2017 and makes a left turn to the left in the direction of the 4 official permanent residence in the parking lot, the Defendant, while driving the vehicle at the front line and the left turn to the left in the direction of the 4 official permanent residence in the 4th official parking lot, was negligent in driving the vehicle at the front line from the 4 official permanent residence vice head to the 3 official permanent residence vice head in the direction of the 4th official residence.

The Defendant, without a driver’s license, sustained an injury to the victim, such as salt ties, tensions, etc., which require approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and, at the same time, did not immediately stop the damaged vehicle and run away without taking necessary measures, even though it was damaged to bring about KRW 2,048,451.
