A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the charge of forging private documents at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 27, 2013.

1. Around September 15, 2008, the Defendant forged a private document forgery (1) of the deposit receipt on June 15, 2008, the Defendant: (a) made it possible to enter the said amount in the name of the FF in the name of the Plaintiff’s right and duty on the receipt of the vehicle and the container transport charge on behalf of the CFFFFFF’s name, on which, by means of a computer, CFD 10,000 dollars (USD5,00 dollars, 200 dollars, 202 formula, A); (b) made it possible to enter the said amount in the name of the FFFF’s name and duty on the receipt of the vehicle and the container transport charge on behalf of CFD.

(2) On September 15, 2008, the Defendant forged the deposit receipt on June 15, 2008, using a computer, prepared and printed out a copy of the deposit receipt with the same content as the deposit receipt under the preceding paragraph, using the computer, and forged a copy of the deposit receipt under the name of F, a private document for the purpose of exercising the F’s name on the rights and obligations without authority.

(3) On June 15, 2008, the Defendant forged the Certificate of Goods Storage on or around September 2009, with a computer, “goods storage certificate, goods stored: 18th unit price per electronic recreation machinery ( machine nameidine) and 1,500 US$27,00 per machine, and 150 US$27,000 (two thousand US dollars) and storage place: A restaurant underground warehouse adjacent to Uzbekistan G.

The owner of the above stored goods: A, passport number I, and F (resident number J, passport number K) verify that the above goods are in custody in a warehouse leased by F (resident number J, passport number K) and if requested by the owner of the goods (A, passport number I).
