A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

[criminal power] The defendant is a short-term eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Changwon District Court on May 20, 1964; six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court on May 21, 1965; six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Changwon District Court on March 30, 1967; ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same support on December 29, 1967; one year and six months from the Daegu District Court on May 11, 197 to six months; one year and six months from the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime of larceny; and one year and six months from the Changwon District Court on March 25, 197 to the Busan District Court on July 1, 197 to the same support for larceny; and one year and six years from the same support for the larceny to the Seoul District Court on July 25, 198 to the Seoul District Court on March 9, 197 to an attempted larceny.

1.
