Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Co-defendant C is a person operating “E” in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, “G” in “F,” or “Imaart” in H 301 in the Gu, and Co-defendant C is a co-operator of G in Daegu-gu, and Defendant A is an employee of G in Daegu-gu, and Defendant B is an employee of Imaart.

1. The Defendant, together with Co-Defendant C and J, sold drugs, such as pacta, pacta, pacta, and pacta, to an unspecified number of customers in Indonesia, including 5,00 won, from August 23, 2012 to March 7, 2013, 200 general medicine “BODDEX” 20 members of Indonesia who found such places in G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

As a result, the Defendant sold drugs in collusion with Co-Defendant C and J, and acquired them for the purpose of sale.

2. The Defendant, along with Co-Defendant C, sold approximately 4,00 won, approximately 4,00 won, approximately 4,000 won, approximately 12,00 won, approximately 12,00 won, and approximately 2,00 won, respectively, to the unspecified number of Indonesia customers that Co-Defendant C imported from Co-Defendant C from April 15, 201 to March 12, 201, in the Iart operated by Co-Defendant C from April 15, 201 to March 12, 2013.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with Co-Defendant C, sold drugs and acquired them for the purpose of sale.
