Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates adult product stores on the first floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and no person, other than a pharmacy founder, shall sell drugs or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale, or store or display drugs for the purpose of sale.

A. On February 2, 2020, the Defendant acquired 5,000 won in total, even if the Defendant was not a pharmacy founder for the purpose of selling to many unspecified people, from the name and influenite, the name and influence, which appears to be a Chinese national of the 50th century, from the adult supplies stores of the 1st floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to be a Chinese national of the 50th century.

B. At around 19:20 on March 19, 2020, the Defendant stored and displayed 15,000 won for sale to unspecified customers at the same place as the preceding paragraph at the same time as the preceding paragraph (a).
