Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 6,000,000 won by indecent act by force by force by the Gwangju District Court on October 19, 201, and is subject to registration of personal information on October 19, 2017.

Nevertheless, even though the defendant lost the mobile phone B used in the process of using, he/she did not submit the personal information within the deadline for submission without justifiable grounds, even though he/she joined C as of January 19, 2019 and changed to C.
