A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around January 2, 2014, the Defendant driven a D stud freight vehicle without the driver’s license of the vehicle from the front side of the “Person C” to the front side of the “Person C” to the front side of the C C Young-ro 3-lane, which is around 1 km from the front side of the “Person C” to the lower side of the C Young-ro 3-lane.

On June 26, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Gwangju District Court's support for the promotion of the head of Gwangju District Court on June 26, 2007, and on January 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Gwangju District Court's support for the Southern District Court.

On June 5, 2014, at around 19:30, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a 3km truck from the front of a restaurant where the trade name located in the Gangnam-gun of Gangnam-gun cannot be known, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.109% without a driver’s license, to the front of the intersection located in the Jeonnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On July 4, 2014, at around 07:21, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a dump freight vehicle from approximately 300 meters away from the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gun C to the front distance of the Jindo in the same Eup/Myeon, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.068% of the blood alcohol content without a driver’s license.
