A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C Tran XG car.

On October 30, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, and led to the driving of the said car in front of the E-cafeteria located in D at Seosan-si, Seosan to the White Hospital from the direction of the Osan-distance.
