A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 00:40% in blood, and driven a vehicle with CW at approximately 3km from the front of the Gu office to the front road of Daegu Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.073% in alcohol level.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car in C low-priced car.
