Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained through a mobile phone app, “F” in the Defendant’s residence located in Yan-gu, Yancheon-gu, 16 years old; (b) provided 150,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; and (c) provided sexual intercourses with the Defendant to purchase the sex of G, a child or juvenile.

B. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of purchasing sex of G, a child or juvenile, with 150,000 won and 150,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; and (b) had sexual intercourse with the said G at the place

On December 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on December 24, 2015, at the place of the foregoing paragraph (a) above, 300,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; and (b) had sexual intercourses with the child and juvenile, thereby purchasing the sex of

2. Defendant B

A. On July 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained from the mobile phone app called “H” at the Moelel where it is difficult to know the trade name located in the Dong of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si; (b) provided the said G with a sexual intercourse of KRW 500,000 as the price for sexual traffic; and (c) purchased the sex of G, a child or juvenile.

B. On July 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained through a mobile phone app, “F,” the name of which is located in the Si of Masan-si, Sinsan-si; (b) had 500,000 won as the price for sexual traffic and had sexual intercourse with I purchase the sex of a child or juvenile.

On July 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of purchasing sex of I who is a child or juvenile by sexual intercourse with the said I under the pretext of the price for sexual traffic, at a non-person in which it is difficult to know the trade name located in the Si of Si/Gun and Si/Gun; (b) 300,000 won.

On August 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a sexual intercourse with 300,000 won as the price for sexual traffic to the above G in a Moel in which it is difficult to know the trade name located in the Dong of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si; and (b) had sexual intercourse with the child

E. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a non-person telecom with which it is difficult to know the trade name located in the Si, Gun, Si, Gun; (b) the said I is the price for sexual traffic.
