1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 43,674,794 as well as KRW 30,000 among them, from January 20, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence No. 2 and the argument, the plaintiff prepared a loan certificate with the defendant on September 24, 2012 stating "30,000,000 won per day, and two copies of interest on December 31, 2012," and the plaintiff received reimbursement of KRW 15,50,000 from the defendant on January 19, 2017. Thus, the plaintiff is a person who received reimbursement of KRW 15,50,000 from the defendant on January 19, 2017. Unless otherwise agreed or agreed upon by the parties on satisfaction of the payment, the plaintiff's payment of the principal and KRW 30,674,794 as principal and KRW 13,00,00 as principal and KRW 29,174,794 (i.e., the principal and KRW 30,000,000, KRW 2040, KRW 20539,547).
